As we reach the close of another year, it’s hard to believe how much has unfolded since last January. In 2025, PCH and our community met challenges head-on and continued moving our mission forward with care, resilience, and purpose. We are deeply proud of our staff, board, partners, and supporters like you—who keep our residents at the heart of everything we do. What follows is just a snapshot of what we’ve accomplished together.
This year brought two new homes made possible through the generous support of the Productive Living Board (PLB), Developmental Disability Advocates (DDA), and Jefferson Foundation. It also brought unexpected challenges. Severe storms—including tornadoes and hail—damaged several PCH homes across North County, South County, and Jefferson County. Thanks to donor support and the responsiveness of our trusted vendors, roofs, siding, and windows were repaired quickly using the Forever Home Fund, which supports unbudgeted, unexpected, or emergency repairs.
Across our system of care, the impact was significant—more than 2,500 maintenance work orders completed, 138 projects tackled, and 550 volunteer hours contributed across 86 neighborhood homes. Each number represents a safer, more stable place to call home.
As we look ahead to 2026, we are excited to begin a new chapter. A new three-year strategic plan will soon be unveiled, and we can’t wait to share what’s next for PCH and the community we serve! We invite you to enjoy these highlights as a reflection of all you’ve helped make possible. Your support creates this impact—thank you.
From our homes to yours, we wish you a happy, safe, and wonderful holiday season and New Year. |
Warmly, Matt Elmore Executive Director |

| MAINTENANCE & MANPOWER—MISSION IN ACTION! |
PCH is grateful for our five dedicated maintenance technicians who truly enjoy what they do and take pride in building relationships with residents and partner caretakers, day after day. All year long, Jason, Ramon, Josh, Rob, and Brent are often the most visible faces of PCH—making repairs, completing updates, and performing preventative maintenance that keeps every forever home safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
Behind that hands-on work is a team-wide effort. Staff across PCH actively support the Operations team in fulfilling our mission to provide nearly 300 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) with safe, affordable, and well-maintained neighborhood homes.
From Development securing critical funding, to Finance ensuring payments flow smoothly to vendors and partners, to the leadership guiding it all forward—this shared commitment makes mission-driven work possible every single day. |

| NEW SOON-TO-BE ACCESSIBLE HOME |
This month, PCH proudly closed on our 67th home in St. Louis County with the generous support of the Productive Living Board (PLB).
Before future residents—clients of our partners at St. Louis Arc—move in and make it their forever home in 2026, important accessibility updates are already underway. Improvements include new flooring throughout, an updated bathroom, and the addition of a whole-home generator to support safety and independence. These enhancements are made possible thanks to the continued support of the PLB—thank you for helping turn a house into a home.
We look forward to sharing progress updates in the new year! |

| | 'TIS THE SEASON FOR GIVING |
More than 110 volunteers from two schools and six companies—Mastercard, Armanino, ClarkDietrich, Abstrakt Marketing Group, Central Bank, and Gershman Commercial Real Estate—contributed an incredible 551 hours of service this year.
Throughout 2025, volunteers supported PCH through landscaping, yard work, event support, administrative projects, and spreading holiday cheer through caroling.
Special thanks to our Mastercard friends for volunteering on three separate occasions, and to Gershman Commercial Real Estate for going above and beyond during caroling by delivering gift boxes full of goodies to each home. Your generosity made the season brighter for our residents. |
