PCH's 3-Year Strategic Plan

For the past year, we’ve been listening.

We asked residents, families, staff, board members, and community partners to speak candidly about what PCH is doing well and where we must grow. Their insight, encouragement, and honesty shaped a Strategic Plan that will guide our work through 2028.

At its core, this plan is about protecting what matters most: safe, accessible homes and the stability, dignity, and belonging they provide. It strengthens our commitment to high-quality housing, deepens support for residents and families, expands community partnerships, and ensures PCH remains a sustainable, mission-driven organization for years to come.

This is not simply a roadmap for the next three years—it is a promise to plan thoughtfully, lead responsibly, and steward the trust you place in us.

HOUSEWARMING

A West County home will soon welcome two new residents—clients of our wonderful partners at the St. Louis Arc. Recently, they toured their new home together, excitedly imagining how they will use each space and make it their own.

Board members, staff from the Arc, donors, and neighbors gathered to celebrate and officially welcome them to this newest forever home.

Thank you to Productive Living Board (PLB) and Hillary & Christopher Hebeler for their generous financial support in making this safe, accessible, and affordable home possible for years to come. We are immensely grateful for their belief in our mission!

And special thanks to everyone whose wishlist donations filled the kitchen counter and pantry with essentials that will help turn this house into a home.

TREE CLEAN-UP

Trees offer incredible benefits to people, homes, and community spaces—from energy savings and improved air quality to positive impacts on mental and emotional well-being. As an important part of our properties and shared spaces, caring for them is part of caring for our community.

For several years, Liscombe Tree Service has been a trusted partner in this work. We are grateful for their consistent dedication, no matter the location, the weather, or the task at hand.

Last week’s visit came with beautiful weather as their team trimmed and maintained this aging tree, helping extend its life and preserve the welcoming environment at our community center.
