Last year, 120 projects were completed, including five remodeled bathrooms, five updated kitchens, 19 new floors, and 37 large exterior projects such as new roof systems, decks, ramps, poured concrete, siding, and tree removals. PCH is always implementing projects to ensure comfort with new HVAC systems, new appliances, fresh paint and more. We also prioritize accessibility with even-surface floors, walk-in/roll-in showers, and entrance ramps. |

| A PLACE TO MAKE THEIR OWN |
This bedroom is our mission in action— a private, personalized space for an adult with disabilities that is more than a place to lay their head. It's a place to decorate as they wish, play guitar, enjoy games and music, and more! Beyond being a comfortable, accessible, and affordable home, this space promotes independence and better mental and physical health. PCH is honored to serve nearly 300 residents! |

| During 2024, the hard-working team of five maintenance technicians were on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days.
Throughout 85 homes, the amazing PCH maintenance team fulfilled 1,879 work orders— a combination of preventive maintenance, corrective requests, and emergency repairs. |

Our annual Golf Tournament helps us operate, maintain, and make imperative updates to more than 80 homes throughout the St. Louis area. Proceeds allow us to continue to provide the health and security that only comes with the comfort of home.
This year’s event will take place on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at The Courses at Forest Park and is one of the liveliest and most fun events of the year! We cannot wait to see you on the greens! |
