This past year reflected what’s possible when a community comes together around shared beliefs: home is a human right, and every forever home deserves care, maintenance, dignity, and love. | MAINTENANCE CAN'T STOP, WON'T STOP |
PCH's five maintenance technicians fulfilled more than 2,400 work orders across 88 homes in 2025!
Beyond their weekly shifts, at least one maintenance technician is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for any emergency needs.
Repairs, updates, preventative maintenance, and more encompass the thousands of work orders every year. We are confident in the diverse skills and talents of our maintenance staff. Jason, Ramon, Josh, Rob, and Brent keep every forever home safe, comfortable, and well maintained for nearly 300 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Along with all work orders, the team needs to travel regularly to properties throughout St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County, and the City of St. Louis. In 2025 alone, the maintenance team drove 50,494 miles... more than circling the Earth... TWICE! |

| Centrally located in Creve Coeur, PCH's community center is inclusive, accessible, and equipped with a gym, indoor pool with two lifts, kitchenette, patio, and more!
Beyond our residents, individuals and groups utilize the various spaces all year for parties, camps, entertainment, classes, and anything else people may need! Last year, PCH hosted: |
- 220+ pool sessions in the therapeutic, warm-water with lifts
- 140+ events using the gym, studio room, patio, pavilion, and/or kitchenette
