We are deeply grateful for the committed supporters who have, or intend to, include Promise Community Homes as a beneficiary in their estate plan. We’ve created an outline below, plus a downloadable guide for you reference. Click below for The Community Homes Estate Planning Guide* Your generosity ensures that the mission of providing long-term homes for people with developmental disabilities continues.
Promise Community Homes Properties, Inc. is dedicated to buying, modifying and mainlining lifetime homes for adults with developmental disabilities. As the residents age, homes are modified to include wheelchair ramps, handles and other items to assure resident safety.
Donations of real estate support the mission and the population we serve. When a home is donated, it is evaluated for its suitability for our population. If the home can be appropriately modified, it can be used as a lifetime home for future residents. If not, proceeds from the sale of such homes would be used for the purchase of an appropriate property.
There are many ways to make a gift that can pay off in big benefits to you, your family, and Promise Community Homes. Below are four generally accepted ways to make a bequest:
Options include cash or stock bequest, residuary, restricted, or honorary/memorial bequests in your will.
